胞外信号调控激酶1/2在机械力促进核心结合因子α1表达的相关研究

     [摘要]核心结合因子α1(Cbfα1)是骨形成的关键基因,是决定间充质细胞向成骨细胞系分化的特异性转录因子。通过调节Cbfα1的表达可以调控骨细胞的发生和分化,维持正常的骨骼发育。机械力可激活一些信号通路进而促进Cbfα1的表达,进一步调控骨的发育和形成,胞外信号调控激酶(ERK)1/2信号通路是其中一条关键通路。

    [Abstract]Core binding factorα1(Cbfα1)is a key gene in bone formation, which determines the mesenchymal stem cells differentiating to osteoblast. It’s available to control the differentiation of the bone cells, and maintain the normal skeletal development by adjusting the Cbfα1 expression. Mechanical strain promotes the expression of Cbfα1 by activating several signaling pathway, then adjusts skeletal development and formation, of which extracellular signal-regulated kinase1/2(ERK1/2)signaling pathway is a key one. ......
