    新型过氧乙酸对软式内镜消毒效果的评价※

    目的 探讨新型过氧乙酸溶液对软式内镜消毒效果的临床价值。方法 选取48条软式内镜随机分为观察组与对照组，分别接受过氧乙酸和2%戊二醛消毒10 min，比较两组消毒合格率以探讨过氧乙酸消毒有效性；随机抽取软式内镜116条次随机分为4组，分别接受3、5、10、30 min过氧乙酸消毒，比较4组消毒合格率，探讨过氧乙酸消毒时效性；对过氧乙酸溶液在使用过程中重复进行浓度测定，评估过氧乙酸使用的可持续性。结果 新型过氧乙酸的消毒效果明显优于2%戊二醛，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；在时效性的研究中，5、10、30 min组消毒合格率高于3 min组(P<0.05)，消毒30 min软式内镜不再检出菌落；在每个检测周期第3天，过氧乙酸的有效浓度均达2000 ppm；在后续使用过程中，过氧乙酸的有效浓度呈逐渐下降趋势；在浸泡消毒内镜数较多的情况下，过氧乙酸有效浓度下降较快。结论 在软式内镜的消毒中，新型过氧乙酸能够达到快速高效的消毒效果。
