    经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)围手术期心肌损伤中医诊疗专家共识解读

    摘要经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(Percutaneous Coronary Intervention，PCI)是治疗冠心病的重要方法之一，但PCI围手术期心肌损伤(Peri-procedure Myocardial Injury，PMI)的发生严重影响患者的获益，而传统中医药在PCI围手术期心肌损伤的防治方面具有一定优势。为了提高中医药防治PCI围手术期心肌损伤的水平，规范冠心病PCI术后中医药干预治疗策略，世界中医药学会联合会介入心脏病学专家委员会、中华中医药学会介入心脏病专业委员会、中国医师协会中西医结合介入心脏病专家委员会组织相关专家，历时1年余制定了《经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)围手术期心肌损伤中医诊疗专家共识》(以下简称《共识》)，并于2016年度中国介入心脏病学大会发布。作者对《共识》的核心内容做一解读。
