    从肝论治冠心病合并高血压病探讨

    摘要冠心病和高血压是心血管疾病中的常见病，中医学认为冠心病及高血压属胸痹心痛和眩晕头痛等范畴，情志因素导致的肝失疏泄为其主要的病因。归纳起来主要证型为心肝火旺、心肝血瘀、心肝血虚、痰浊闭阻、肝肾阴虚，冠心病合并高血压病与肝密切相关，从肝论述冠心病及高血压古今文献亦有很多体现。该文总结从肝论治冠心病合并高血压的病理基础及证治分型，为临床工作提供依据及借鉴。
