摘要 马万千主任医师系北京市第四批老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师，也是北京中医医院顺义医院的名老中医。旋覆代赭汤出自《伤寒论》中，为用于治疗心下痞硬噫气不除之名方，临床应用广泛。文章对马万千主任医师临床运用旋覆代赭汤治疗呃逆病的临床经验进行系统总结，与同仁共探讨。
