摘要历代医家对宋本《伤寒论》第15条“其气上冲”认识不一。基于《伤寒杂病论》奔豚证治相关原文，结合黄元御《伤寒悬解》注释，分析了奔豚之症状和病机，提出本条所谓“其气上冲”亦可因心阳不振、肝气上逆而发，桂枝汤亦可用于治疗奔豚轻证。
