针刺联合低温冲击法结合康复训练对鼻咽癌放疗患者颈部肌肉纤维化和生命质量的影响(1)
摘要 目的：探討针刺联合低温冲击法结合康复训练对鼻咽癌(NPC)放疗患者颈部肌肉纤维化和生命质量的影响。方法：选取2016年1月至2016年12月我院收治的52例NPC放疗患者作为研究对象，按其治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组26例，对照组患者在鼻咽癌放疗常规治疗上予以低温冲击法和康复训练治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗，2组患者均治疗4周，治疗结束后比较2组患者其劲爆肌肉纤维化的发生情况、生命质量以及其他并发症的发生情况。结果：1)观察组患者其颈部肌肉纤维化程度明显较对照组轻，比较差异间具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；2)观察组患者其生命质量明显由于对照组，比较差异间具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；3)观察组患者其并发症发生率(15.38%)明显低于对照组(38.46%)，比较差异间具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针刺联合低温冲击法结合康复训练可明显减轻鼻咽癌放疗患者其颈部肌肉纤维化程度和提高其生命质量，可作为临床上治疗NPC放疗患者优选治疗方式。

Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with low-temperature impact and rehabilitation training on cervical muscle fibrosis and quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) after radiotherapy.Methods：Fifty-two patients with NPC radiotherapy from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects and were divided into control group and observation group according to their treatment. The patients in the control group received conventional treatment with low-temperature impact and rehabilitation training. The occurrence of the maximal muscle fibrosis， quality of life， and other complications were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results：1) The degree of muscle fibrosis in the neck of the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05)； 2) The quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). 3) The incidence of complications (15.38%) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (38.46%)， with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with low-temperature impact and rehabilitation training may significantly improve muscle fibrosis and the quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy， which can be used as a clinical treatment for patients with NPC after radiotherapy., 百拇医药(古琨如 余芳菲 王婷)
