摘要 代谢组学是基因组学、转录组学和蛋白质组学之后兴起的一门组学分支，以生命活动链条下游的代谢物集合“代谢物组”作为研究对象。代谢组学是生物体代谢网络、代谢产物整体变化及其变化规律的重要研究手段，与中医药的基本理论和诊疗思维相似，为中药现代化的研究进程提供了强大的技术支撑。本文综述了代谢组学在中药注射剂的作用机制、证候研究、安全性评价及疗效一致性评价等研究中的应用情况。
