摘要 流感流行对人类社会、经济、人民健康影响大。流感季如何做好医院防控工作是每家医院面临的重点与难点。本文以北京中医医院2017年冬季及2018年初流感防控为例，总结医院做好流感防控的八大要点，以期为广大医院管理者提供可借鉴的医院管理实践。
