摘要 《伤寒论》六经辨证是中医辨证之祖，适用范围之广，本文以六经辨证为基础探析肾脏病的传变过程，及六经辨证方法在肾脏病中的辨证思路和具体应用，初步掌握肾脏病的六经辨证论治方法。

    Abstract Six-meridian pattern differentiation of Shanghan Lun is the progenitor of Chinese medicine pattern differentiation system， and it is broadly applied in clinical treatment. This article analyzed the changing process of kidney disease on the basis of six-meridian differentiation method， as well as dialectical thinking and specific application of six-meridian differentiation method in kidney disease. This article will help TCM practitioners to have a preliminary master of six-meridian pattern differentiation and treatment of kidney disease.
