隔药饼灸对子宫内膜异位症大鼠过氧化物酶增殖体激活受体-γ和细胞间黏附分子-1表达的影响(1)

     摘要 目的:觀察隔药饼灸对子宫内膜异位症大鼠过氧化物酶增殖体激活受体-γ(Peroxisome Proliferator-activated Receptor-γ,PPAR-γ)和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达的影响。方法:选取34只大鼠,将其随机分为空白对照组(8只)和造模组(26只),采用改良的造模法建立子宫内膜异位症大鼠模型。将造模成功的24只大鼠随机分为模型组、隔药饼灸组和丹那唑组,每组8只。采用Western blot检测各组样本ICAM-1和PPAR-γ的表达。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组、隔药饼灸组和丹那唑组大鼠的ICAM-1的表达显著上升(均P<0.05)。与模型组比较,隔药饼灸组和丹那唑组的ICAM-1的表达显著降低(均P<0.05);与空白对照组比较,模型组、隔药饼灸组和丹那唑组PPAR-γ的表达显著降低(均P<0.05),与模型组比较,隔药饼灸组和丹那唑组的PPAR-γ的表达显著增强(均P<0.05)。结论:隔药饼灸能抑制ICAM-1表达,促进PPAR-γ的表达,从而抑制子宫内膜细胞的黏附,阻止血管生成。

    Effects of Herb-partitioned Moxibustion on the Expression of ICAM-1 and PPARγ in Rats with Endometriosis

    Abstract Objective:To observe the effects of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the expression of ICAM-1 and PPARγ in rats with endometriosis. Methods:A total of 34 female rats were randomly divided into 8 rats as control group and 24 rats for model establishment group. The endometriosis model was established by modified methods. 24 model rats were randomly divided into the model group, the herb-partitioned moxibustion group and the Danazol group with 8 rats in each group. The expression of ICAM-1 and PPARγby was detected by western blotting method. Results:Compared with the control group, the expression of ICAM-1 in the model group, the herb-partitioned moxibustion group and the Danazol group was significantly increased (P<0.05); compared with the model group, the expression of ICAM-1 in the herb-partitioned moxibustion group and danazol group was significantly decreased (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the expression of PPARγ in the model group, herb-partitioned moxibustion group and Danazol group was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the expression of PPARγ in the herb-partitioned moxibustion group and the Danazol group was significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion:Herb-partitioned moxibustion can inhibit the expression of ICAM-1 and boost the expression of PPARγ, which can inhibit the adhesion of endometrial cells and prevent angiogenesis., 百拇医药(周志刚 王晓洁 肖小文 王萍 覃肯)
