摘要 通过总结李维民教授治疗肾性贫血的临床经验，对肾衰状态下的精、气、血之间的关系进行梳理和分析。我们认为肾性贫血的病机核心为脾肾精亏、气不化血。在肾性贫血的治疗中应用填精纳气法治疗肾性贫血是合理而且必要的。
