某院2015—2016年中药注射液种类及销售量的统计分析(1)
摘要目的：統计分析2015—2016年某院中药注射剂的应用情况及销售趋势，为该院的药品供应等方面提供参考依据。方法：从某院的医院信息管理系统(Hospital Information System，HIS)上将2015—2016年2年内所有中药注射剂的处方信息和销售数据进行整理和汇总，利用Excel软件对药品销售金额等数据进行排序，分析主要的药物类别、占比及其年销售情况。结果：2015—2016年该院中药注射剂品种均为11种，主要药物类别为清热解毒类、活血化瘀类、滋阴补肾类和扶正培本类。与2015年比较，2016年中药注射剂的年销售总额有所增加，活血化瘀类药物品种数有所增加，扶正培本类的销售总额及其占比的变化明显。2015—2016年院内排名前5位的中药注射剂均为喜炎平、舒血宁、痰热清、醒脑静和疏血通注射液，但这些药物占中药注射剂销售总额比例的年增长率变化均不明显。结论：某院2015—2016年中药注射剂品种供应稳定，2016年扶正培本(抗癌)类中药注射剂的销售总额及其占比均增加明显。

Statistical Analysis of Prescription and Sale of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection in a Hospital from 2015 to 2016

AbstractObjective：To analyze the application and sales trend of traditional Chinese medicine injection in years of 20152016，and provide reference for the supply of medicine in the hospital.Methods：From the hospital information management system (hospital information system，HIS) in the year of 20152016，the prescription information and sales data of all Chinese medicine injections were arranged and collected.The data of drug sales amount and other data were sorted by Excel software，and the categories，occupying ratio and annual sales of the main drugs were analyzed.Results：In the past years of 20152016，there were 11 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections.The main kinds were clearing heat and removing toxicity，activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis，nourishing yin and tonifying kidney，reinforcing the healthy qi and consolidating roots.Compared with 2015，the total annual sales of traditional Chinese medicine injections increased in 2016，and the number of drugs for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis was increased.The top five Chinese medicine injections in hospital of the year 20152016 were Xiyanping，Shuxuening，Tanreqing，Xingnaojing and Shuxuetong injection，but these drugs accounted for no obvious changes in the annual growth rate of the total sales of Chinese medicine injection.Conclusion：The supply of traditional Chinese medicine injection is stable for 20152016 years in a hospital，and the total sales volume and the proportion of the traditional Chinese medicine injection of reinforcing the healthy qi and consolidating roots (anticancer) in 2016 are all increased obviously.
