摘要 目的：研究针灸疗法联合中药汤剂半夏白术天麻汤治疗风痰上扰型眩晕的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年1月至2016年12月南京医科大学附属脑科医院收治的风痰上扰型眩晕患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例，对照组给予常规西医治疗，观察组在对照组基础上增加针灸联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗，2组均连续治疗15 d。比较观察2组患者的经颅多普勒超声(TCD)各指标参数值、中医证候积分、临床疗效。结果：治疗15 d后，观察组患者的TCD各项指标参数值均优于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组患者的中医证候积分(10.35±0.98)低于对照组(20.52±1.75)(P<0.05)。结论：针灸联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗眩晕效果显著，能有效改善患者血流动力学，减轻患者症状。
