摘要 目的：通过观察加味内消糊外敷并超声药物电导入治疗体表未溃型淋巴结结核的临床疗效，为其规范治疗探索新方法及提供实验数据。方法：选取2015年1月至2017年12月南京中医药大学附属南京市中西医结合医院收治的淋巴结结核患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，2组患者均采用异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇进行抗结核基础治疗，同时观察组采用加味内消糊外敷并超声药物电导入，对照组外敷加味内消糊，进行比较观察。结果：治疗15、30、60 d后观察组淋巴结缩小率分别为43.33%、70%、96.66%，对照组缩小率分别为16.66%、40.00%、63.33%，2组比较均差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：加味内消糊是一种治疗淋巴结结核有效、安全的治疗药物，并超声药物导入治疗增加其疗效，具有推广价值。
