摘要 通过分析中医药领域涉及治疗冠状病毒感染的相关专利申请和授权情况，重点对中国专利申请的授权状况尤其是已授权专利的特点等进行了论述，并通过代表性的组合物、提取物和制药用途授权案例阐述了中医药治疗冠状病毒的研究方法和专利保护现状，以期为抗击COVID-19的实践和研发提供有益参考，助力疫情防控。
