摘要 腰椎间盘突出症是临床上的多发病、常见病，从辨证思路、针刺方法、处方选穴、操作手法等方面，总结针刺治疗该病的诊疗过程，为今后针刺治疗本病提供思路和依据。

    Abstract Prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is a frequently-occurring and common disease in clinic.This paper summarizes the diagnosis and treatment process of acupuncture for this disease from the aspects of dialectical thinking， acupuncture methods， prescription selection of acupoints， manipulation etc， providing ideas and basis for future acupuncture treatment of this disease.
