摘要 甲状腺癌是内分泌科的常见病，其发病率逐年上升，手术是其主要的治疗方法，但术后容易出现多种并发症，失眠作为其中常见的并发症之一对人们身心健康造成了严重损害，目前西药治疗存在多种不良反应，而中医药治疗具有卓越的优势。笔者从事内分泌专业多年，感悟颇多，现就临床中辨治甲状腺癌术后失眠的经验做一简要总结以供同道参考。
