摘要 本文概述了缺血性脑中风的致病原因及中医治疗原则，介绍了龙生蛭胶囊的处方组成、功能主治，综述了龙生蛭胶囊近年来治疗缺血性脑中风的临床研究。结果均显示龙生蛭胶囊在治疗缺血性脑中风中疗效显著，可以长期应用于临床治疗。本文可对龙生蛭胶囊的基础研究和临床应用提供一定的依据。
