摘要 《神农本草经》记载了132味具有“轻身”功效的药物。以中药望闻问切理论为依托，通过对《本经》中记载的“轻身”药物内涵、三品分类、性味归经、功效应用及生地等进行特色分析，探讨“轻身”药物在“治未病”、延缓衰老过程中的临床意义，以期为中药研究和临证用药提供启示。
