摘要 乳腺癌是目前女性最常見的癌症之一，主要采取综合治疗的方法，其中以手术为主，以化疗为辅，但化疗会产生一系列的不良反应。通过文献整理发现，乳腺癌术后化疗常见不良反应包括恶心呕吐、白细胞减少、心脏毒性、癌因性疲乏、食欲减退，中医药治疗方法如中药、针灸、耳穴贴压、穴位埋线、穴位注射、穴位贴敷对这些不良反应具有明显疗效，为中医药治疗乳腺癌提供临床证据，同时为进一步的临床和机制研究奠定基础。
