摘要 继发性闭经属于妇科多发病、疑难病，病因各异，病机复杂，常由月经后期、月经过少等演变而来，亦可源于中枢性疾病或手术、放化疗损伤。许昕教授认为本病以脾肾亏虚为本，以阳明浊热、暗耗阴血为标;肝失疏泄乃病发契机。治疗在补肾填精、健脾养血基础上，“清利阳明浊热、调畅肝胃气机”，二者相辅相成，以臻“浊热去、阴血复、阳气升”，使天癸重启、月经复常。
