摘要 胃癌前病变的逆转对预防胃癌发生有重要意义。但由于缺乏典型症状、体征，导致临床中认识多样、治疗方法混杂。对该病核心病机的深入认识是发挥中医药优势，有效预防胃癌的关键。本文从胃癌前病变的宏观现象、微观现象、分子机制和临床药理4个方面搜索证据，探讨了胃癌前病变的核心病机及方药，初步探索了该病的核心病机确立原则和方法。
