    摘要 卒中后吞咽障碍，可严重影响患者的生命质量，甚至危及患者的生命，是卒中后常见并发症之一。针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍在临床上一直发挥着重要作用，临床研究结果表明，针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍具有显著疗效，通过总结该病近5年研究进展，对该病发展及治疗过程中存在的问题进行探讨，希望能够为今后的科研或临床提供参考。现对近5年来卒中后吞咽障碍的不同针刺疗法进行总结，其中主要包括头针、康复训练、电刺激疗法、舌针、项针。
