    摘要 目的：探究肩三针联合温针灸对老年肩周炎患者肩关节功能及生命质量的影响。方法：选取2018年11月至2020年7月安徽省淮北市中医医院收治的老年肩周炎患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用肩三针针刺疗法治疗，观察组采用肩三针针刺联合温针灸疗法治疗。观察并记录2组患者治疗前后的疗效、病情变化以及恢复时间等。结果：治疗后，观察组的总有效率为96.67%，对照组的总有效率83.33%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，2组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、日常生活能力评分、疼痛程度评分和怕冷程度评分均显著升高(均P<0.05)，且观察组均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组患者恢复正常活动时间、无自觉疼痛时间以及平均愈合时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论：肩三针联合温针灸治疗老年肩周炎具有显著疗效，可改善患者的肩关节功能和生命质量。

    Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of shoulder three needles combined with warm acupuncture on shoulder joint function and quality of life of elderly patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods：A selection of 60 elderly patients with frozen shoulder who were treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Huaibei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group(30 cases) and an observation group(30 cases) by using a random number table.The control group was treated with shoulder three-needle acupuncture while the observation group was treated with shoulder three-needle acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture.The curative effect ......
