    [摘要] 目的 考察間歇吸氧对小鼠肺、脑组织中抗氧化蛋白Peroxiredoxin 6(Prx 6)含量的影响，探讨间歇吸氧对抗氧中毒的机制。 方法 将小鼠随机分为正常组、持续暴露后即刻组、间歇暴露后即刻组、持续暴露后24 h组和间歇暴露后24 h组，通过不同暴露方法，分别取小鼠肺、脑组织采用免疫组织化学和Wester blot等方法测定Prx 6的含量。 结果 经高压氧暴露的各组小鼠肺组织中Prx 6的含量均明显高于正常组(P 0.05)，间歇暴露后24 h组含量明显高于持续暴露后24 h组(P 0.05)，间歇暴露后24 h组与持续暴露后24 h组高于各自对应的暴露后即刻检查的结果(P 0.05)。 结论 间歇吸氧可以促进肺、脑组织中Prx 6的含量增加，从而增强组织的抗氧化能力。
