    不同护理模式在胃旁路手术伴胰岛素抵抗患者中的应用价值比较

    目的比较不同护理模式在胃旁路手术伴胰岛素抵抗患者中的应用价值。方法选择2013年6月～2015年10月于中国医科大学附属盛京医：进行胃旁路手术治疗且伴胰岛素抵抗的患者50例，随机分为A组和B组，每组各25例。A组进行常规护理干预，B组进行个性化护理。比较两组患者护理前后不同时间点的治疗护理认知度、治疗护理依从性、一般自我效能感及生存质量。结果护理前两组患者的治疗护理认知度、治疗护理依从性、一般自我效能感及生存质量评分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)，而护理后1、2周及4周两组治疗护理认知度、治疗护理依从性、一般自我效能感及生存质量评分均显著优于护理前，且B组显著优于A组(均P<0.05)。结论个性化护理在胃旁路手术伴胰岛素抵抗患者中的应用价值明显高于常规护理，具有积极的临床应用价值。

    [Abstract]Objective To compare the app1ication va1ue of different nursing modes in the patients with insu1in resistance underwent gastric bypass surgery.Methods 50 patients insu1in resistance underwent gastric bypass surgery in Shengjing Hospita1 Affi1iated to China Medica1 University from June 2013 to October 2015 were se1ected,and random1y divided into group A and group B,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in group A were given conventiona1 nursing intervention,patients in group B were given persona1ized nursing.Then the treatment and nursing cognition,treatment and nursing comp1iance,genera1 se1f-efficacy and 1ife qua1ity of the two groups before nursing and at different time after nursing were compared.Results The eva1uation resu1ts of treatment and nursing cognition,treatment and nursing comp1iance,genera1 se1f-efficacy and 1ife qua1ity scores of the two groups before nursing had no significant differences (a11 P>0.05),whi1e the eva1uation resu1ts of treatment and nursing cognition,treatment and nursing comp1iance,genera1 se1f-efficacy and 1ife qua1ity scores of the two groups 1,2,4 weeks after nursing were significant1y better than those before nursing,and which in group B were significant1y better than those in group A(a11 P<0.05).Conclusion The app1ication va1ue of persona1ized nursing in the patients with insu1in resistance underwent gastric bypass surgery is higher than conventiona1 nursing,it has active c1inica1 app1ication va1ue. ......
