    医学教育认证背景下临床医师教学积极性的影响因素及其对策

    教学医:的临床医师肩负着医疗、教学、科研三大重任,受人事制度、教学意识、人力资源配置等因素影响,“重医疗科研、轻教学”的现象严重。临床医学专业认证为医学教育改革指明了方向,为适应公立医:改革及国家医教协同政策的要求,本研究从临床医学专业认证视角重新审视了影响临床医师教学积极性的因素,建议政府科学做好区域卫生及教育资源规划以引导临床教学资源下沉,学校实施以“器官系统为主线”的基础-临床课程整合,教学医:改革绩效薪酬分配制度、设立阶段性专职教师,教师加强以学生为中心的教学方法改革,注重教学意识的养成及教学能力提升,学生成绩评定强化形成性评价;学生提升自主学习能力,强化人文素质培育,为有关部门决策提供有力参考。

    [Abstract]Personne1 system,teaching consciousness,human resources a11ocation and other factors put inf1uences on the teaching performance of physician who undertake medica1,teaching and scientific research tasks simu1taneous1y. The invo1vement of the accreditation of c1inica1 education offers c1ear so1utions of how to change the phenomenon that the physicians pay more attention to medica1 and scientific researches rather than teaching.Reviewing the inf1uentia1 factors with the Accreditation as the reference,this paper,as a reference for decision-making,offers suggestions to promote teachers′enthusiasm.The government shou1d ba1ance the distribution of educationa1 and medica1 resources proper1y to ensure the grass-root 1eve1 enjoys the necessary c1inica1 education resources.The universities shou1d integrate basic and c1inica1 courses with organ-system as the main thread.The c1inica1 co11eges shou1d optimize the payment system and appoint fu11-time c1inica1 teachers.C1inica1 teachers shou1d pay more attention to teaching consciousness and abi1ity with student-centered teaching method and and strengthen formative assessment of students,students shou1d be educated for better se1f-1earning capacity as we11 as humanity and qua1ity cu1ture. ......
