    高黏度骨水泥经皮椎体成形术联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床研究

    目的探讨高黏度骨水泥经皮椎体成形术联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的效果。方法选择2014年8月耀2015年12月于泰山医学：附属聊城市第二人民医：骨科治疗的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者60例，随机分成两组，各30例。治疗组在PVP术后给予仙灵骨葆胶囊+钙片，连续使用6周为1个疗程，共2个疗程曰对照组PVP术后单纯口服钙片。分别在术前尧术后1周尧术后1个月尧术后3个月以及术后6个月时评估视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分尧Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分尧骨密度(BMD)尧不良反应情况等指标。结果两组中术后VSA评分尧ODI评分尧BMD值均较术前明显改善(P0.05)。结论高黏度骨水泥椎体成形术结合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折取得了良好效果，能显著缓解患者疼痛，提高生活质量，改善骨质疏松，值得临床推广。

    [Avsteact]Ov jective To observe the curative effect of treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF) by combing high-viscosity cements percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)and Xianlinggubao Capsules.M ethods From Au—gust 2014 to December 2015,60 patientswith OVCF treated in Department of Orthopaedics,the Second People忆s Hos—pital of Liaocheng City Affiliated to Taishan Medical University were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,each group had 30 cases.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Xi—anlinggubao Capsules and D-CAL after PVP operation.Six weeks taken as a course of treatment,and two courseswere applied.The patients in the control group were treated with D-CAL only after PVP.The clinical efficacy of the two groupswere assessed with the visual analogue pain score(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI)and bonemineral den—sity(BMD)before the operation and after the operation at one week,onemonth,threemonths,and sixmonths respec—tively,also the adverse reaction was evaluated.Results Compared with before operation,the postoperation VAS scores, ODIscore,and BMD in the two groups improved significantly(P0.05).Conclusion High-viscosity cements PVP combined with Xianling—gubao Capsules in the treatment of patientswith OVCF has excellent effect,it can effectively relieve the pain of the pa—tients,improve their life quality and reduce osteoporosis.It isworthy of clinical promotion. ......
