    老年糖尿病患者腹部手术围术期营养不良发生风险高，肠外营养对于加快患者康复起到重要作用。肠外营养处方的制订是围术期综合治疗的一部分。临床中应根据老年糖尿病患者腹部手术特点和术后应激状态设计围术期肠外营养处方，调整各营养组分的比例，以保证肠外营养支持的安全性和有效性。

    [Avsteact]The risk ofmalnutrition in elderly patientswith diabetesmellitus undergoing abdominal surgery is high，and the total parenteral nutrition has important significance to accelerate the recovery of patients.Formulation of total parenteral nutrition in elderly patients is a part of perioperative comprehensive treatment.According to the disease characteristics and the stress state of elderly patientswith diabetesmellitus undergoing abdominal surgery，perioperative formulation of the total parenteral nutrition is designed and the proportion of nutritional components is adjusted，in order to ensure the safety and efficacy of parenteral nutrition support.
