电针对脑出血大鼠海马区Nogo—A表达的影响

[摘要] 目的 探讨电针对脑出血大鼠出血同侧海马区Nogo-A表达的影响及作用机制。 方法 将66只成年SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为对照组和脑出血组,脑出血组再随机分为非干预组和电针组,Ⅶ型胶原酶脑内注射诱导大鼠尾状核出血,电针组于造模次日开始电针干预,各组大鼠于第2、5、10、15天取出血侧海马C1区脑组织石蜡切片行Nogo-A免疫组化检测,每例脑组织取3张切片,每张切片于400倍光镜下随机选取5个互不叠加视野计数阳性细胞并取其平均值。 结果 脑出血组大鼠右侧尾状核区域有血肿形成;与对照组比较,非干预组与电针组海马区Nogo-A阳性表达水平均显著增强(P < 0.01),而电针组较非干预组表达水平明显下降(P < 0.01)。 结论 电针干预可显著抑制脑出血大鼠脑内Nogo-A的表达,有利于脑出血后中枢神经轴突的再生修复,促进神经功能恢复。
