    [摘要] 陕西中医药大学医学检验专业积极进行特色专业建设，从完善人才培养方案，加强实践技能培养；加强教学管理，完善质量保证监控；引育并举，建设高素质教学团队；深化教学改革，做好精品课程和教材建设；强化实践教学环节，建设应用型实践能力培养平台等多方面进行探索与实践，人才培养质量不断提高，取得了较好的成效。

    [Abstract] The specialty of medical laboratory in Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is actively engaged in constructing specialty with characteristics. It has been exploring and practicing from many aspects， such as perfecting the personnel training plans and strengthening training for practical skills； improving teaching management and its quality and ensuring monitoring； putting equal emphasis on guidance and education to build a high quality faculty； deepening teaching reform and carrying out the construction excellent courses and teaching materials； intensifying the part of practical teaching and building the platform for practical ability training.
