医患关系与医学生人文素质培养
王媛 邬晓薇 黄继东[摘要] 在医患关系日趋紧张的背景下,通过分析医学生人文素质教育面临的困惑与矛盾,探讨当前医学生应着重培养的职业素养、品德修养、沟通技巧、法律常识、创新精神等5个方面的人文素质,提出了从理想目标、人文课程、教学方法、师资队伍、实践活动、评价机制等途径加强和改进医学生人文素质培养。

[Abstract] To study that the medical students should mainly cultivate five aspects of humanistic quality including professional attainments, morals mastery, communication skills, legal general knowledge and innovative spirit, through analysis of the confusion and contradiction faced by medical students' humanistic quality education under the background of doctor-patient relationship becomes increasingly tension, and present the ways such as ideal goal, humanity curriculum, teaching method, teaching staff, practical activity, evaluation mechanism, and so on to strengthen and improve the cultivation of cultivation of medical students' humanistic quality.
