    [摘要] 本文通过分析中医及西医对慢性内脏疾病的认识及不足，引出针刀医学对慢性内脏疾病的新认识，阐述了针刀医学对慢性内脏疾病的定义、病因及病理机制以及对慢性内脏疾病的诊断和治疗思路及方法，分析了慢性内脏疾病与脊柱之间的内在联系，提出了针刀治疗的目的是恢复内脏弓弦力学解剖系统力平衡，针刀的治疗方法是通过整体松解脊柱弓弦力学解剖系统、头-脊-肢弓弦力学解剖系统弓弦结合部及弦的应力集中部位的粘连、瘢痕和挛缩，恢复内脏弓弦力学解剖系统力平衡的新观点。
