    [摘要] 患者住院后，医生需要每日对其进行医疗查房，查房中医生是主导指挥的角色，当前鲜有医生在查房时关注与患者心灵上的沟通。由此我们提出并以应用以仁爱为本的共情技术开展心灵查房的人文医学新举措。心灵查房中，患者是叙述的主体，医生是作为患者心灵的帮助者，患者多讲，医生陪伴。其内容和方法包括：共情自己、共情患者、共情源自合适的思维角度选择。通过这些技术开展的心灵查房，医务人员能感知患者内心最真实感受，给患者提供关怀和帮助，使患者感到自己才是治療疾病的主角，增加信心和勇气，达到真正以人为本、以患者为中心的人文关怀模式。

    [Abstract] After registration， patients are to be in procedure of ward round by doctors everyday clinically. Few doctors communicate with patients soul-by-soul even if they play guiding roles of direction during the ward round. In sequence， we propose a new pattern so called soul ward round in humanistic medicine developed by sympathetic technique based on humanistic care. During this soul ward round， patients usually act as principals of depiction， while doctors act as soul helpers accompanying patients to let them narrate more.
