    [摘要] 在长期的临床实践中。岭南针药相须流派不断发展和创新传统中医理论和中医疗法。尤其对周围性面瘫的治疗，形成了以针药相须为基础，结合大椎穴刺络拔罐、面部闪罐、心理疏导与个人护理为一体的中医特色治疗体系。在治疗过程中，该流派既注重技术上发挥针刺加穴位注射的特色与优势，又重视相关特色疗法的运用，并且针对周围性面瘫的发病特点，分期对待，个体化治疗，在临床中取得了较好的效果。本文系统总结了岭南针药相须流派在治疗周围性面瘫中的经验与体会，并附典型医案一则，以共同探讨。
