    [摘要] 本文通过收集杨晓军教授治疗重症肌无力的经验效方，并进行统计分析，从而得出杨晓军教授在治疗重症肌无力中的用药特点：善于固护脾胃，补脾益气；因地制宜，善用岭南道地药材；因人制宜，健脾兼以祛湿；辨证论治，随证加减，为中医治疗重症肌无力提供参考。

    [Abstract] By collecting the efficacious prescriptions of Professor Yang Xiaojun in treating myasthenia gravis and conducting statistical analysis， the medication characteristics of Yang Xiaojun in treating myasthenia gravis can be concluded： strengthening spleen and stomach， invigorating spleen and benefiting qi； making good use of Lingnan crude drug in accordance with local conditions； tonifying spleen and clearing damp in accordance with patient's individuality； treatment based on syndrome differentiation， add or subtract medicine according to different syndromes， which provide reference for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of myasthenia gravis.
