    [摘要] 目的 觀察非布司他片联合依托考昔对痛风性关节炎患者的临床疗效及对血清炎症指标的影响。 方法 选择2015年10月～2016年10月就诊于昆明医科大学第一附属医院的76例痛风性关节炎患者，按照奇偶数法随机平均分为两组，各38例。对照组患者给予依托考昔片口服治疗，120 mg/次，1次/d，连续服用1周。观察组在对照组基础上加用非布司他片联合治疗，口服，40 mg/次，1次/d，连续服用1周。观察两组患者临床疗效，疼痛改善及尿酸(UA)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化情况，比较两组患者不良反应发生情况。 结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 非布司他片联合依托考昔在痛风性关节炎的治疗中效果显著，优于单用依托考昔，显著改善了患者临床症状及血清炎症因子水平，安全性较好，值得临床推广。
