    [摘要] 本文从血液透析护理工作的设定参数、防控院内感染、监测生命体征、监测体外凝血、护理留置导管及内瘘穿刺等方面，阐述了思维定势对血液透析护理工作安全性的影响，提出了提高发散性思维水平、完善医院内感染防控体系、树立风险意识、建立预警机制、提高慎独能力、加强业务培训等一系列针对性的干预策略，为今后消除思维定势的影响提供指导。

    [Absrtact] This paper expounds the influence of the mind-set on hemodialysis nursing safety from the aspects of setting parameters of hemodialysis nursing， preventing and controling nosocomial infection， monitoring vital signs， monitoring of blood coagulation in vitro， nursing indwelling catheter and internal fistula puncture， etc. Then puts forward a series of targeted intervention strategy， such as improving the level of divergent thinking， improving the hospital infection prevention and control system， setting up the risk consciousness， establishing the early warning mechanism， improving the ability of self-supervision and strengthening business training， so as to provide guidance to eliminate the influence of the mind-set in the future.
