    [摘要] 心力衰竭发生时，机体启动神经体液机制进行代偿，主要包括交感神经增强和肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统激活，因此交感神经系统与心力衰竭的发生、发展有着密切的联系。对于心力衰竭的治疗，药物及手术干预交感神经的治疗方法均有一定效果。本文着重从交感神经与心衰发生、发展、治疗的关系进行论述，以提高心力衰竭治疗中对交感神经与心力衰竭关系的认知。
