    [摘要] 目的 分析儿童甲状腺功能减退症的特殊临床表现，以提高对儿童甲状腺功能减退症的诊断水平。 方法 回顾湖北省妇幼保健院2013年8月～2017年12月误诊的23例儿童甲状腺功能减退症患儿的临床资料，并进行临床分析。 结果 7例以长期厌食、腹胀、便秘等消化道症状表现为主，3例以重度贫血为主要表现，7例以“性早熟”为主要表现，6例以生长迟缓、智力落后为主要表现。 结论 儿童甲状腺功能减退症临床表现错综复杂并缺乏特异性，及时行甲状腺功能检查，综合分析，可早期诊断，降低误诊率。
