    [摘要] 目的 研究補肾培元胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病肾阳虚证患者炎症因子及热休克蛋白水平的影响。 方法 选择2017年1～12月于广东省中西医结合医院呼吸内科门诊确诊并治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期60例为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组采用噻托溴铵粉吸入剂维持治疗，治疗组则联合补肾培元胶囊口服治疗。观察两组治疗效果，并采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-4(IL-4)和白介素-8(IL-8)水平，采用双抗夹心酶免法测定血清中热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的表达水平。 结果 治疗组临床总有效率(93.3%)明显高于对照组(76.7%)(P 0.05)。 结论 在常规治疗的基础上联用补肾培元胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病肾阳虚证患者临床效果显著，可明显减轻患者炎性反应，同时提高热休克蛋白表达水平，从而对细胞起一定的保护作用。
