低FODMAP饮食和消化病的中医食疗
韩博宇 金虹 潘雨烟 罗梦雪 方霜霜 魏玮[摘要] FODMAP饮食是指可酵解的寡糖、单糖、双糖和多元醇饮食,它们的共同之处是快速的可发酵性和很差的吸收性,导致肠道气体产生增加和肠管扩张。肠易激综合征患者减少FODMAP饮食可明显改善腹痛、腹胀等消化道症状。本文着重探讨低FODMAP饮食和中医食疗的联系,中医体质在FODMAP饮食引起消化道症状中发挥的重要作用,提出可通过中医饮食的预防和调理,最终使个体逐步摆脱对低FODMAP饮食的禁忌,对于改善患者生活质量具有积极意义。
