[摘要] 搞好中医药文化教育是传承和弘扬中医药学的基础和根本，而开展中医药文化教育要本着“守正传承，扬弃创新”的原则，并坚持“守正是根本，传承是基础，扬弃是保障，发展是根本”的指导思想。传承要向前看，必须以当下的科学进步、医学发展和学生思维特点为前提，发展则要向后看，兼顾中医药学的文化背景、发展源流和历史沿革。在中医药发展新时代下明确中医药文化教育的紧迫性，从而找准其中医药文化教育的切入点，从中华优秀文化母体中梳理核心思想，进一步把握中医药文化教育的基本内容和侧重点，最终用中医思维建设现代中医药观，用国际化视野指导中医药现代化教育，突出中医药文化教育者的使命，使学生立中医心，践中医行，振兴中医药。
