    [摘要] 目的 探討安罗替尼联合紫杉醇+卡铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的临床效果。 方法 选择安徽省宣城市人民医院于2018年5月～2019年9月收治的驱动基因阴性的晚期肺腺癌患者80例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各40例。对照组给予紫杉醇+卡铂治疗，治疗组给予安罗替尼联合紫杉醇+卡铂治疗，21 d为1个疗程，两组患者均连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效，治疗前后KPS评分、血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平以及治疗期间毒副反应发生情况。 结果 治疗组总缓解率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论 安罗替尼联合紫杉醇+卡铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的临床疗效显著，能够明显提高患者生活质量，降低血清CEA、NSE、VEGF水平，且安全性较好。
