    [摘要] 本文总结臧福科教授论治膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎的经验，综合中医四诊与西医病理解剖，辨证上强调整体的辨证与局部的辨病相互结合，整体辨证论治是为顾护脾胃、瘥后防复，局部辨病体现在骨伤三期施治原则，即“初期活血化瘀-中期和营顺气-后期补肾强骨”。中医骨傷科疾病早期必伤气血、损筋骨，中后期多累及肝肾，故确立脾肝肾亏，湿瘀互结为本病的核心病机，通过“因名同命，性位同定，病证同辨”的诊疗路径，将本病辨证划分为“气滞血瘀水聚型”(肿胀期)和“脾肾阳虚筋聚型”(非肿胀期)两类临床分期，肿胀期宜采取“疏肝活血利水”法，缓解期采取“健脾益肾利水”法，采用验方“消积液汤”加减化裁应用，标本兼顾，疗效肯定。
