多功能超声波提取机强化提取葛根素的研究

     【摘要】目的探索中试型超声提取葛根中葛根素的提取工艺条件。方法以葛根素为指标，运用中试型超声提取机提取葛根素，研究提取时间，超声频率对提取率的影响，并与常规回流提取比较。结果中试型超声提取机提取葛根素，在相同的料液比，溶剂等条件下，超声提取和常规回流提取率基本一致，为90%，而超声提取可以将温度降至60℃，提取时间缩短为30 min。结论中试型超声提取机提取葛根素，可以降低提取温度，缩短提取时间，节省能源。
