高效液相色谱法测定楂曲平胃片橙皮苷含量

     【摘要】目的建立楂曲平胃片中橙皮苷含量的测定方法。方法应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)，以钻石ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)为色谱柱，甲醇醋酸水(35∶4∶61)为流动相，流速是1.0 ml/min，柱温：35℃；检测波长为283 nm。结果橙皮苷线性范围是0.366～2.928 g，r=0.9999，平均回收率为99.86%，RSD=1.71%。结论方法快速简便，重现性良好，可用于测定楂曲平胃片中橙皮苷的含量。
