【摘要】 目的 总结腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果。方法 对68例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的操作及疗效等方面进行分析,包括手术方法、疗效等。 结果 68例均治愈出院，少有并发症发生。结论 腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术创伤小、恢复快,是一种有价值的建设性手术。

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the effect of hysteromyomectomy under the laparoscope.Methods The clinical data of 68 cases underwent hysteromyomectomy under the laparoscope were analyzed，including the operative technique and effect，etc.Results All patients were successfully cured and left hospital.No complication was found in these cases.Conclusion There are many advantages of hysteromyomectomy under the laparoscope，such as minimal injury and faster recovery.Hysteromyomectomy under the laparoscope is avaluable and constructive operative technique.
