     3.2样品测定取待测处理好溶液1.0 ml,按实验方法进行测定,结果见表2。加入的标准溶液在伏安图上呈现乙硫磷的还原峰,回收率均在86%~92%之间。显然,样品中的干扰成分是可以忽略的。因此,该法灵敏度高,选择性好。

    3.3回收率的测定称取生药等各20.0 g,粉碎后,分别加入乙硫磷标准溶液100 mg/L及50 ml 无水乙醇浸取24 h,过滤在100 ml容量瓶中,并用无水乙醇冲洗残渣3次,最后用无水乙醇稀释至刻度,待测,结果见表2。
